Privacy Policy for Ariadne: Sliding Puzzle
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Ninth Minute Inc. provides Ariadne: Sliding Puzzle. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us.
Information stored on your device
Ariadne stores your puzzle progress and preferences on your iPhone. These include puzzle positions, moves, hints used, completed or skipped puzzles, best results, last-played dates, and settings such as sound, haptics, readable controls, piece numbers, automatic advancement and lighting. This information is used to resume your game and remember your choices.
The current version does not upload this game data to a developer-operated server. iCloud progress synchronization is not enabled in this beta. Device backups and restores may include local app data according to your Apple device and backup settings.
Accounts, advertising and tracking
Ariadne does not require an in-app account. The current app contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking functionality.
TestFlight testing
If you install the beta through Apple's TestFlight service, Apple handles tester enrollment, app distribution and TestFlight diagnostics. Apple may collect and share beta usage, crash and diagnostic information with us under its TestFlight terms and privacy disclosures. Feedback you submit through TestFlight may include screenshots, device/app details, and information you choose to provide. We use beta information to investigate problems and improve the app. See Apple's privacy information and the privacy information shown in TestFlight.
When you contact us
If you email us or send feedback, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message and attachments. We use it to respond, provide support and investigate reported issues. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in screenshots or feedback.
We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for targeted advertising. Email and feedback are handled through the providers used for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and your choices
Game progress and preferences remain on your device until removed. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app can preserve its documents and data. Backups and TestFlight information are managed separately through Apple's services and settings.
We retain support and beta feedback for as long as needed to respond and investigate issues, and to meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about or request deletion of information you have sent directly to us, contact tonytharae@gmail.com. Requests concerning Apple's own records should be directed to Apple.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the app's information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest published version.
